Below are answers to most of the questions I get asked.

Why are you so cheap ?
I always get asked this question, the reason my prices are so affordable is because I am self employed. I am a Freelance SEO, I work from home and I do not employ anyone.
Also I do not carry out unnecessary work to bump up my prices like other SEOs.

Do you analyse my competitors websites ?
No, what for ?
A lot of SEO Companies include this as part of their service so they can charge more.
The way a website is optimised is the same whether it sells designer shoes, provides Hypnotherapy or carries out vehicle MOTs. The only thing that will vary are the keywords.
If an SEO Consultant needs to look at your competitors website optimisation then they do not know what they are doing.

How much link building do you carry out ?
Forget all that you have read about link building.
It is not necessary to have thousands of inbound links to achieve top positions on Google. The most important factor is the TYPE of links and not the QUANTITY of links.
The links need to be set up in a certain way to have the desired effect.
I set up as many links as needed to achieve first page Google for your particular keyword.

How long before I see results ?
You will have your first top positions for keywords within 2-6 weeks.
Once your website home page is optimised we have to wait for Google to revisit your website and refresh its listing. Once Google has the optimised home page indexed that's when you will have your first top positions. It is impossible to say for which keyword and in which position and exactly when, but, you will have top positions within 2-6 weeks for keywords that people are using that will be sending visitors to your website.

Other companies say it can take up to 6 months to see results, why ?
I can only guess that they say this so that they are able to sit back and take your monthly payments for 6 months before you start chasing them for results. I have achieved first page results for competitive keywords within a few weeks. If I thought that your keywords were not achievable I would tell you so.

What happens after the 12 months ?
The fee I charge is for one year, as mentioned most of your positions would have been achieved in approx 3 months. Once all your positions have been achieved my job is to keep an eye on them and take appropriate action if they begin to drop.
When your years subscription is up you will need to renew your seo service for me to maintain your positions for a further year. My renewal fees are less than the initial fee.

Are your SEO techniques ethical ?
Yes, I will not do anything that could get your website banned or blacklisted by Google.
