Not true.. SEO is only an ongoing process until top positions in the search engines results
have been achieved (the outcome of seo)

Once top positions have been achieved its just a case of keeping an eye on the positions
to make sure that they are remaining in place.

Think about it.. if you have optimised a web page and achieved a number 1 position the last thing
you are going to do is start altering things and run the risk of the position disappearing !

So.. SEO is only ongoing until top search engine positions have been achieved.
